Double bedroom in family home with own toilet. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, 2 minutes walk to angmering station.

The house is a beautiful 4 bed semi-detached town house with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, plus bathroom, large kitchen and lounge on the first floor and the double bedroom on ground floor with separate toilet and integral garage which you are welcome to use for storage and contains washing machine and tumble dryer which you are welcome to share.

The room is well decorated and has patio doors leading out to the garden. There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway.

As mentioned this is a family home, there is just myself and my 2 sons (aged 11 & 7) and we all sleep on the 2nd floor which means you have privacy being on the ground floor. The children may occasionally use the garden but there is side access so no requirement to go through your bedroom, they usually play out the front.
