Location
Depending of who you ask it is located in Blackheath or in Kidbrooke, to me it's right on the borders of (Email Removed After Let) flat is an ex-local authority on the 1st floor of a low rise block (3 storeys including ground floor, no lift) but don't be put off by this because the flat itself, the friendly neighbours and the great location makes up for it. The building is at the end of a cul-de-sac and I found the area safe and normally very quiet.
Blackheath Village with all its Pubs, Restaurants and shops is 10 - 15 mins walking distance. The open space of the Heath and Greenwich Park are similar walking distance.
Transport
The nearest train stations are Kidbrooke (0.6 miles approx) and Blackheath (0.8 miles approx) with regular trains to Lewisham (for the DLR), London Bridge, Cannon Street, Waterloo, Vicoria and Charing Cross. There are also bus routes ( to Lewisham, Woolwich, Greenwich, just to mention some) stopping nearby. North Greenwich tube (Jubilee line) and the O2 are a bus ride away.

We are including the built-in kitchen appliances, the washing machine, the dryer and, clothes storage in the bedrooms plus the furniture in the pictures. Having said that if you would prefer to bring your own we are happy to rent unfurnished.
NB. The furniture ( bed, side tables, desk, tv) in the largest bedroom went with us but we will put a double bed and side tables, if required.
DEPOSIT WILL BE PROTECTED WITH MY DEPOSITS.
PETS
We may consider people with a cat or a small dog, just bear in mind that you will have to pay more deposit (8 weeks instead of the usual 6) and take extra care with the furniture, fixtures and fittings.
STUDENTS
We may consider post-graduate and mature students but we prefer professionals.

UTILITY BILLS AND COUNCIL TAX ARE NOT INCLUDED
but here are some rough estimates
