I’m looking to rent out my spare room. The property is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor with a balcony. The building also has 3 roof gardens which you will have access too. It’s located 2 minutes from Southend Victoria train station and 3 minute walk from the town center. I’m looking for someone hardworking and professional to let the room. I work shift work myself so would need to be understanding of that with regards to noise. The bedroom has a lovely en suite with bath / shower. All bills are included. (Sorry but no remote workers or students)

I also have a pet cat she is a British short hair and is 1 years old
