Our flat is a new-built. We have fantastic views over a park and the canal and the area is very quiet.

- Located in zone 2 in Hackney, East London

- 2 overground stops to Stratford & Westfield Shopping Centre (10 min ride on the bus 308)

- Several busses outside the building: 236, 276, 488 and 308.

- Secure bike storage in parking area.

- Big convenience store right under the building open until late, 7 days a week.

- 2 floor gym with all equipment (there is a one off induction fee of 30-45GBP that will have to be covered by the tenant).

- Unlimited wifi

- A study room which is shared by the tenants in the flat.
This is a study with book shelf and a big table. It is for short stays of your guests (up to 3-4 nights) as well as studying, working, reading etc.

The other double room (ensuite) is already rented out to a professional couple. You can meet in person if you are serious about taking the vacant double room.

Kitchen, Living room and the bigger balcony accessed from living room are shared.

Your bedroom and bathroom:

- Spacious & quiet double bed room with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You have your own balcony and also a separate bathroom (only for you, the other 2 tenants have their own ensuite). Bathroom has a towel rail, big bath, mirror and cupboard.

There is unlimited wifi in the whole apartment.
The room accommodates 2 people max.

The place:

Flat is built only 4 years ago in Homerton (Hackney) with views to the canal and Hackney Marshes.

Set on 9th floor (top floor!!) the apartment is very quiet with gym that you have access to (after induction session)

The property comprises a spacious living room with large full-height windows, large dining table and fully-fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 balconies.

Lots of open green spaces and the canal, great for chilling at the weekends at trendy Hackney Wick cafes. Chatsworth / Broadway markets and London Fields Lido are all within walking distance.

Post office and courier drop-off points are 10 min walk or 2 stops on the bus.

We are located one overground stop away from Burberry's factory outlet, Pringle Outlet and Aquascutum store at Hackney Central.

No smoking or no pets in the house.

The rent includes the wifi and all bills (inc. council tax).

Parking is optional but not included in the price.
