Hi potential new housemate,

We have 1 room available to rent in our shared home in Walthamstow.

It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops nearby (Co-op) and public transportation as well. The bus stop is around the corner from the house which will take you 5/10 minutes to get to Blackhorse Road or Walthamstow underground stations.

The room is furnished with bed and extra draw space built into the frame, bedside table with drawers and a double wardrobe.

All bills are included as well as Virgin Media TV and Wifi, we also provide a cleaning service within the communal areas.

Our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, dinning room, utility room, kitchen and bathroom.
