The flat is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop connection to central London (55, 56 and 48 bus), also short walk distance to Clapton over ground station for connection to Liverpool Street. Lots of local shops and Tesco Superstore open 24h situated in Hackney Central. You can also enjoy the beauty of Millfields Park from the balcony and a big open space such as Hackney Marshes and the canal is just 5 minutes' walk from the flat.

Manuel, Italian, work as a coffee roaster in a local roastery (yeah quite a stereotype right?!:) ) and Irene, Irish, work as a primary school teacher. We enjoy cooking, socializing, art and photography and would like to share with like-minded and fun people.

The tenancy will be for a minimum of 6 months so if your looking for a short term stays this is not the house for you. The landlord is looking for stability and not prepared to have people stay for less than that.
