Victorian period house on a residential St off the high street.
Room is on 1st floor facing west looking out on to the rear garden - very quiet. There is a quality handmade ( Warren Evans brand) wooden bed, drawers, built in wardrobe, Poang armchair, shoe rack

SERVICES
The rent includes some bills - council tax, and wifi. The rent does not cover water, electricity, gas, and kitty for cleaning, These costs are divided among the housemates, and average to about 25GBP a month.

HOUSEMATES
The tenants are professional in the arts; all guys aged over 30 from the UK, and Poland. One guy leaving September, so then we'll look for another lady.
Our new housemate would be someone who is after some place quiet and peaceful; considerate, cleans up in kitchen and bathroom, is positive about a cleaning rota, friendly.
