Hi we are a couple called John & Sarah in our 40s ,no children (and no plans for them either !!! -lol) but we own a cat . We are live in Land Lady & Land Lord of a mid terrace 3 bed roomed house in Orton Brimbles-Peterborough. The house is pretty modern - shower & bath, toilet up & down stairs , broadband wireless, gas cooker , fridge freezer & washing machine. The house is fully furnished.

The room is available from the 1st weekend in September 

The double bedroom has a large wardrobe -(its an all in one modern unit includes mirror, shelves, wardrobe & draws), a double bed ,A bedside table and a computer desk. Please note the photos of the bedroom have the current lodgers stuff in , so its just a rough idea of the room.

We are looking for a mature professional person to share with. We are not looking for a living couple or DSS.

Locally there is Ferry Meadows a beautiful nature park with lakes including a boating lake, a golf club and Granary pub and restaurants, pitch and putt course, Nott Cuts garden center , schools, sports center & gym ,dentist, doctors, hairdressers, library, local shops including Tesco's ,Co-op, Wilko & QD etc, The East of England show ground, a business park & industrial estate, take aways' and we are on the bus route into town, ALL within easy walking distance . The A1 is very close with easy access to Huntington and Stamford. Also down the road by car is Oundle.
