Room in a Shared House, Jade Close, E16

Hello,

We have a double room located on the 1st floor beautiful house near Royal Albert DLR, Docklands. There are 3 females sharing the house already, all professionals, looking for a housemate/couple who shares our interests of recycling, taking care of the house, cycling, saving up on energy whenever possible, baking cookies in the weekend and watching movies on rainy evenings. Some of us work from home during weekends and evenings and we need a person who can be quiet at these times.
The room is available for short term, max 8 months. 

£550 / month for a single person inclusive of bills, council tax, cleaning 
£650 / month for a couple 

Room facilities:
- spacious double room
- partly furnished: wardrobe, desk, chair, bed
- we will get to buy chest of drawers 

The house is located 5 minutes next to a lovely park and 10 minutes to the DLR station.
KITCHEN
- kitchen contains oven, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine. We share all cooking utensils and you are welcome to use anything you need.

- 10 mins walk from Royal Albert DLR Station that goes to Canning Town Station and Stratford International.
- 4 stops with DLR from Canning Town Station where you can find DLR and Jubilee line and a lot of buses to pretty much everywhere.
- located just 15mins walk from Asda, post-office
- 20 mins walk to restaurants (Chinese, Indian, English, Thai) of Royal Victoria docks
- 20mins mins walk to ExCeL London Exhibition and Convention Centre.
