1 Bed House Boat, Bow, E3

This is a lovely liveaboard boat and all on one level. Its really homely, spacious and light. 
There are 3 rooms.
 The boat measures 39' x 12'.
It would be ideal for a couple or a single person,  perhaps 2 friends. 
There's a double bedroom with wardrobe and vanity sink unit. 
The middle room has a galley kitchen/diner.
There are also 3 doored floor to ceiling cupboards and a chest of drawers as well as a table and chairs. 
The front room is the lounge. 
Here is a multi fuel stove with cupboards along one side and day bed/sofa on the other. 
The ceiling is 6'4" under the sliding sun roof. Is 6'1" surrounding it and slopes slightly to 5'10" at the rear. So please consider your personal height!
At the front is an outside seating area currently being used as for storage and a green canopy surrounds. 
A shower room and lavatory is situated about half way down the boat .
Electricity is 12 volt. This is generated by a watt solar panel with internal regulator.
A 1000watt pure sine wave inverter creates 240 volt electricity and is sensitive to deal with computers and phones if needed. Although the 12 volt system handles phone charging with a cigarette lighter socket on the dash board.
A 1500 watt Honda generator also provides 240 volts and charges the leisure batteries.
Starting the engine will create hot water.
The boat is not in 1 place all the time.  
It continuously cruises. (Fortnightly).
That is a requirement of the licence. 
This is not a problem, as you can always moor near to public transport .  The boat is based in East London on the River Lee at present.  
The lifestyle is not for the faint hearted.
It's not the same as living on land. 
That said, people are really friendly, (in the most part) and it's a great, enriching experience.
