Room in a Shared House, Winston Road, N16

Are you a couple or a single looking for so much room for activities? Then look no further. 

Our housemates are off to house sit so we have for rent a huge, light, airy double room in the lovely Stoke Newington. The room comes fully furnished with large windows, and overlooks a quiet, residential street. The room is on the second floor so gets a great breeze in summer, but is still toasty warm in winter. 

The house is a gorgeous 3 storey terrace house. On the first floor, there’s a massive living room with Sky TV and a dining table. The kitchen comes with a gas stove top, oven, plenty of bench space and opens out onto a secure garden, which will be perfect for drinks and BBQs in the summer.

Transport is a breeze - The 73/476 bus stop is 2 mins away (literally), which provides amazing access to Angel, Kings Cross and Central London. Newington Green is also a 5-7 in walk which provides access to heaps of other buses (21, 141, 341 etc). Beautiful Church St and Clissold Park are also within 10 mins of the place.

Food / drink / entertainment situation is also excellent. You're a 5 minute walk to a Tesco, 5 mins gets you to untold kebab shops, off licences, and the famous Church St is a 10 minute walk away. Amongst the amazing coffee options are Newington Table, Good Egg and Spence Bakery. The lovely Clissold Park is also within 10 minutes walk.

The Housemates - We are a relaxed, respectful group of young professionals aged 25-30. One works in media / creative industry, one in education, one in human rights and the other is a physio. We enjoy hanging out together and watching TV / movies, having a few drinks, but also like our own space.

Bills - Bills are super cheap and come to £100 p/month for the room (i.e. £50 per person in a couple). We have a deal worked out with the utilities company so we always pay the same, summer or winter. Bills include EVERYTHING - power, gas, water, Council Tax, Sky TV, fast internet and a weekly cleaner.
