Room in a Shared House, Bevendean Road, BN2

We are two professional males (Simon and Nick) and one professional female (Nadia) looking for another female to live with us in our lovely shared home.

The property is a three storey, modern eco-house, the basement is the communal area, with modern kitchen/diner and appliances, open plan lounge with patio and split level garden which is a suntrap from 1pm onwards. The ground floor comprises of two double bedrooms and bathroom with amazing large power shower. The first floor also has two doubles and a bathroom with bath.

The room available is on the first floor sharing with me and is approxiametly 10sq metres. There will be a Queen sized bed in the room and our departing housemate Juneya may well leave some other furniture items that you may like to keep, if not I can arrange for them to be taken away for you.

There is plenty of free parking on the street right outside the house, we are a 5 minute walk away from the Lewes Road and a couple of more minutes away from the bus station.

Council Tax and water is included in the rent so the bills we pay for only include BT Infinity, BT TV, TV License and Electricity which is £45 per calender month each and this remains the same throughout the year so there are no suprises. Therefore the total including rent and bills is £530 per calender month. The deposit is £550.

We are looking for a freindly professional female, age is pretty much a number however we are looking for someone who is mature and respectful to others, enjoys socialising with housemates, watching movies, sharing meals from time to time and a glass vino. We all respect though the fact that everyone needs their own space too.

We keep the communal areas as clean and hygenic as possible, we do have cleaneing roster so someone who is willing to buy into the community spirit we have here would fit in just perfectly. Nick works in housing and volunteers for cummunity support groups, Nadia is finding her feet as a newly fully trained nurse for the NHS and I work in the securtity industry and enjoy several hobbies in my spare time.
