This is an interesting property:  It is basically a large flat above a parade of shops in a nice quiet suburb.  The entrance is from the rear, and the kitchen and living room are on the ground floor, with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and a large single/small double) and bathroom upstairs.  It has just been fully refurbished, with new kitchen and large new tiled bathroom with bath and electric shower over.  There is ample parking in front of the shops and you could probably park down the side as well although it is not paved and we take no responsibility for the surface etc there.  The property has upvc windows, but no gas - all fitted heating and cooking is electric (includes electric hob).
