The interior of the house is neutrally decorated. It has a comfortable shared lounge for relaxing and a lovely sunny garden overlooking playing fields, perfect for summer Bar-B-Q's The kitchen-diner has the usual mod cons plus there is a ground floor shower room and 1st floor bathroom and a separate wc.

We are looking for friendly, considerate professionals who will each do their share to ensure the house is a clean and welcoming one to come home to!
The rent is excluding bills and one month’s deposit is required to secure the room. A one off £20 reference fee paid to openrent is required.
