The flat is currently part furnished and slightly different to the pictures which were taken while we were living there and fully furnished. I am flexible on furnishings. It has a sofa and dining table which fit into the living room nicely. The spare room has a really good fold out kingsize bed which is built into the room. The main bedroom doesnt have a bed but I can supply if you need one. Boiler was new about 8 months ago too. 

No pets. No smoking indoors.
