Room in a Shared Flat, Ifield Road, SW10

I am moving out to live with my sister and therefore am looking for someone to take my double room in my 2 room flat. 

Flat: earls court, shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
The double room is wide, includes a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, drawers commode and a hanger for coats.

Neighborhood: lovely, with 4 grocery stores around the area, we are situated between old brompton road and fulham road, the area is full of life, very practical and at the same time calm.

endless numbers of restaurants (including the high street chains) on fulham road, and other practical places like a cinema 10 min away.

my flatmate: lovely person, always nice, clean and tidy.

the rent includes all bills, broadband, council tax etc.
