Room in a Shared Flat, Kingsway, BN3

We have a large double room available to rent in a spacious, new (3 years old) seafront apartment in Hove. There are views of both the sea and Hove Lagoon from the east-facing balcony.

We have lived in the flat since it was first built, and have spent the past 3 years making it our home. There is a large shared living room, large kitchen with dining area and three double bedrooms (one of which we are looking to fill).

We are looking for someone to share our beautiful flat, which has all amenities provided. The only furniture you would need to bring is for the bedroom itself. There is one shared bathroom, although it is only used by two people.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from Portslade train station, and buses run regularly from the top of the road into the centre of Brighton. There is also free on-road parking available.

The room will be available from the 1st July and we are looking for someone who is sociable, friendly and a good fit for our home.
