Caversham has a lot to offer everyone - if sports are your thing you'll have plenty of choices of local clubs including badminton, canoeing, cricket, football, golf, hockey, rowing, rugby, tennis and swimming to name a few!

If you are a keen walker or own a bike there's lots of accessible countryside nearby too - Balmore Walk, Caversham Court and Christchurch Meadows are popular destinations to visit.

If sports aren't your thing Caversham has lots of independent shops, pubs, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks, jewellers, a library - everything you could need and more! You could even spend a day river cruising on the Thames!

The new Christchurch Bridge opened late last year, providing a fantastic new route for cyclists and pedestrians from Caversham to Reading Station & Reading town centre.

Only a 10 minute walk from the house is Reading train station & Reading town centre which offers all major names in retail with two major shopping centres and a vibrant independent shopping scene. You can dine around the world with plenty of fine dining on offer and cafe/bars and enjoy the vibrant nightlife with bars, real ale pubs and clubs.

A wall-mounted 42" SMART TV is set up in your living room and linked to a Blu-ray/DVD player, with space to add your own devices or consoles. High speed wireless broadband is also provided throughout your home.

Your kitchen is fully equipped including two ovens, 6-burner hob, dishwasher and two fridge/freezers. Each house mate has their own fridge space and a separate kitchen cupboard.
Parking is easy at the front of the house with space on the drive for two cars and plenty of on-street parking right outside with no need for a parking permit. A secure bicycle store is also provided so you can secure your bike safely.

The all-inclusive rent covers all bills (council tax, TV license, utilities, broadband, etc.) as well as a weekly cleaner (for all communal areas and bathrooms) and a regular gardener.

We actively manage all of our houses and provide a dedicated property manager who looks after all maintenance issues or queries. Laundry facilities are also provided for use at really reasonable rates (just £1 for a typical wash).
