I have 1 x room available in a nice and well kept property, situated in Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff.

There are 6 x Polish house mates and 1 x Spanish guy at the moment.

All rooms inc all Bills

I'm only looking for Working Only tenants, ideally over 25 years old.

We like to keep the property tidy and regularly maintained, so if you are messy in the kitchen and don't clean up after yourself, this place is not for you.

Making it a more pleasant place to stay.

We have Working people only, No LHA I'm afraid, over 25 Years old.

No Couples, only Single People per room

No Pets

The property is in walking distance of Westcliff Railway Station ie 200 Yards. Close to local shops, walking distance of the Sea. Walking distance to the Cliffs Pavillion if you work there.

We prefer Non Smokers but if you are a smoker, you can smoke in the outdoor space.

We like a quiet house, as we have people working all hours.

We do not take a Deposit

We require from yourselves, a bank statement, employment details and ideally reference from your employer. We like tenants who can provide us with a Guarantor, as we do not ask for a deposit.

Also, from now onwards, we ask to see a passport from any new tenants from overseas.
