Room in a Shared House, Crammond Close, W6

Our good friend is leaving us to move onto pastures new and we now have a a sizeable double room available with garden view in Hammersmith/Fulham. The room has a small double bed with drawers, a chest of drawers and some shelves for storage. Additional storage space is available in the house.

The room will be available from 20 May 2016. The house is only a 10min walk from Baron Court tube station, Zone 2, in a safe area in West London.

There are three people (myself inclusive) living in the house - all in their mid-20s and all of us are young professionals working in London. 2 of the other tenants are male, and 1 is female. To balance things out, we are looking for preferably a girl to move in.

The advertised room faces south, so there will be plenty of sunshine coming in whenever the sun is shining. The house is large, with 2 bathrooms - 1 has a shower & toilet, and the other one just a toilet. The kitchen and living room on the ground floor are combined. We have our own private garden, and lots of additional storage space in the attic.

This is not a party-house, but the house is sociable, with plenty of chances to cook together and hang out - especially in the evenings after work. We also have bbqs in the summer.

The neighbourhood is quiet, with the river 10mins max away if you like to go running or cycling. There is a swimming pool and a Virgin Active gym very close to the house as well. Barons Court tube station is just 10mins walk away, and Hammersmith tube station is 15mins walk away.

The rent is 647pounds per month, and the deposit is 647 pounds. Water and TV license fees are included in the lease. Our electricity and gas bills are low, as we have a solar roof panel. Especially on sunny days, this helps to reduce our electricity bills, and surplus solar energy is used to heat the water.
