Room in a Shared House, Annandale Road, SE10

Two Professional women, all in our early 20s are looking to find another professional to replace our flatmate and friend to share our lovey home in East Greenwich.

The house, a Victorian terrace, is in a quiet tree lined road approximately a 7 minute walk to Maze Hill Station (zone 3). The room is a good size and has a good feel about it and comes furnished with clothing rails and a double bed. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and each lead busy lives and enjoy coming home to a place where we can relax, have our own space and enjoy each others company. We are looking for someone with a similar outlook to share the house and the house environment on a long term basis.

The room has two rails for clothes, some storage and a double bed. We share a living room, kitchen/breakfast room which has a shared space at the end, and have two bathrooms. There is also a cloak room. Bills are not included but dont tend to be too expansive.

Royal Greenwich Park is within a 10 minute walk, as is the river. There are plenty of good quality pubs and restaurant in Greenwich and nearby Blackheath (plus Blackheath farmers market on Sunday mornings). Greenwich market is always a joy especially if you want to treat yourself to something unusual and special. The 02 arena and Canary Wharf are also within easy reach.
