Room in a Shared Flat, Patchway, BS34

Hi,

I have just bought a brand new apartment at Charlton Hayes, Patchway next to The Mall.

I've added a couple of photos of the apartment layout. The others aren't of the inside of the apartment as it hasn't yet been built but I wanted to show you what interior I like.

Ideally located very near to Rolls Royce, Airbus, MoD, Aviva, and UWE Frenchay. Aztec West, Southmead Hospital and Cribbs Causeway are just a short drive or bus journey.

The apartment is still being built and will be ready in July. I will be living there and would like to find a flat mate :)

I will furnish the flat, free parking is available and all bills will be included. You will need a £790 advanced payment.

You will have a spacious unfurnished double room with floor to ceiling windows.

I have an en suite so the main bathroom is basically all yours.

I enjoy nights out, nights in and a glass of wine or two.
