The grade-2 listed development won awards for Henley Homes and was recently completed in 2015. The apartment is moments from the river, in Zone 1, and so close to Westminster that it falls within Parliament's Division Bell area.  It is in easy walking distance of Waterloo, Lambeth North, Kennington and Vauxhall, giving excellent links into all parts of town.

The apartment comprises one double bedroom, a large reception room with open-plan kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The apartment has high ceilings and the huge main window overlooks a large courtyard at the heart of the development, giving masses of natural light throughout the day (privacy is afforded with voiles and curtains). The development has its own gardens and is next to the Lollard Street park.
