Room in a Shared House, Western Terrace, BN1

Hi my name is Sacha !!! I live in the centre of Brighton a 15 minute walk from Brighton station and ten mins walk from all the shops and restaurants !!!! I'm going away for the whole month of July (I can be somewhat flexible about dates) and would like to rent it out, it is huge !!! Fully furnished with brand new foam mattress double bed , wardrobe 42 inch Telivision with Xbox that has Xbox gold membership and Netflix etc ...... Wifi Internet, bedding and clean towels, full use of our beautiful and huge lounge and dinning area along with the kitchen which is small but practical with a washing machine, we have a lovely patio on the same level as the lounge and kitchen in addition to a balcony off of your room and a roof terrace !!!! Along with an ensuite with lovely shower and lots of storage and surface area , I live with a married couple and one other Roomie all are professionals and are in there 30's and lovely people, we like to have family dinners and sometimes have movie nights in the lounge as we have a projector !!! Along with weekend shinanigans 😜 I have a 7 year old cat called Mystical who does not shed and would snuggle with you if you like cats , if not I can have a friend look after her whilst I am away so she can be else where or keep you company 🐾 Please message me via text with any questions as I can't use my phone to answer calls whilst I'm at work thanks X I will post pictures tomorrow as I am working all day today xx
