Bus EL1 or EL2 takes 10 minutes from Barking station and stops outside the flat.

Please fill in your profile now on spareroom before messaging me. This is a fully furnished small flat so you cannot bring any furniture into it and no furniture can be removed from it. There is little storage space and suits a newcomer who has just arrived in London to work or study. You can see all this from the photo. There is a 24 inch sky tv so you cannot bring your tv here.

Please pay 1 mth rent and 1 mth deposit by bank transfer if you decide to take the room. After this please email before moving in: passport with visa permission to stay in UK, full UK driving licence, EEA Identity Card, work or university acceptance letter, 3 mths bank statements, 3 mths payslips, previous landlords reference.

Double bed, Private kitchen- fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker, kettle, toaster, hanging wardrobe. One white wash and one coloured wash is allowed per week and this is done by the landlord every Sat at 9am. Sorry no drier but airers will be given to you to dry your clothes in your room. There is a laundrette if you prefer which is 5 mins walk from here. Your flat will be cleaned daily by landlady or cleaning staff.

Free Wi-fi Internet. Free Car Parking on the Street. Sky TV (free channels only). Your family or friends can stay for £5 per night per person to cover extra use of electricity and gas for them using the shower and the extra cooking required as all bills are included. You can book any long term stays by paying in advance for £35 per wk per person by cash or bank transfer before the stay. Visitors are not permitted after 8pm to avoid unpaid stayers and also to keep this house quiet as we all work and need to get (Email Removed After Let) can come and go as you wish. Black bags of storage will not be permitted to avoid an infestation of (Email Removed After Let) will need to buy plastic storage boxes, not cardboard boxes from Asda or Tesco.

It does not suit anyone over 50 years old as you need to be fit to climb the stairs to the flat.
