I have a maintenance team working Monday - Friday so maintenance requests will be dealt with promptly.
The location is great for students (KCL, LSBU, LCC or UAL Camberwell, Goldsmiths) and professionals.
Excellent transport links, main bus hub (Camberwell Green) is a 5 minute walk away and only a short distance away from Elephant & Castle (15 minutes), Oval (15 minutes), Brixton (15 minutes). Camberwell High Street (loads of pubs and independent shops, Barclays/Santander etc) is nearby and a big Morrisons as well.
The flat has always been quite popular in the past so if you'd like to arrange a viewing get in touch.
