Double room to rent in top floor new build flat in Hertford. 4 minute walk from Hertford East station and Tesco. 5 minute walk into town centre. Flat complex sits on the river and 3 minute walk from Hertford leisure centre. 
Flat complex is new and I'm the only person who has lived in the flat, haven't used the room being advertised at all. Is unfurnished at the moment but happy to get a bed if needed. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Living room furnished and happy to share kitchen stuff.
There is on street parking and bike racks. Lift and stairs up to the flat. Nice and quiet area.
