Located in the heart of vibrant Hove in close proximity to George Street (the main street in Hove) that is a pedestrianised street with many coffee shops, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a street market on Saturday mornings.

The flat is a 10min walk to Hove train station (with regular trains running from Hove and Brighton Station every 20 to 30mins taking you right into London Victoria Station) and a 15min walk away to the Beach. It is also a short 15min bus ride or drive away from Brighton train station and 10mins away from Brighton centre.
