Below on the first floor, there are a second private double bedroom, a shared luxurious bathroom, kitchen/living room and balcony. This second bedroom is occupied by a very nice professional couple.

The kitchen / living room is a friendly communal space. It is fully equipped with kitchen appliances including oven and hobs, fridge, washing machine and microwave. There are plenty of shelves and cabinets for your goodies and a dining table and sofa for shared conversations.

The flat is newly renovated and carries a sense of harmony, lightness and laughter. It is located in Baker Street, near the Level (the park), adjacent to London Road close to shops and amenities, convenient for public transport with many bus routes and only a short walk to Brighton train station, the seafront and Brighton University.

The rent is £650 for single or £700 for couple per month excluding share of bills.
