Interior furnishing will be completed by the 27th March, awaiting new tenants to move in.
The property comes with brand new flooring and carpet all throughout. Furniture, fittings and all modern kitchen appliances are also newly purchased.

The property benefits from plenty of large windows; the house is extremely light all throughout.
Two of the rooms are available furnished. Both rooms will have new double beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, lamps.

For those who would like to move in with their own furniture, the third double bedroom will come unfurnished or partly furnished subject to requirements.

The house does not have a shared lounge, but a large kitchen / diner with a nice table and access to the terrace and garden. Basic furniture will also be provided for outside.

There will be free Wifi / Broadband for all, TV in the kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer, gas oven / cooker and a large fridge / freezer.
