House is situated on the main bus route into the City Centre and is a 15 minute walk to the City Centre. Also close to pubs, shops and train stations.

The house contains all mod cons including washing machine, dish washer etc. The bills are separate to the rent and both electric and gas as pay as you go and split between the tenants, wireless is paid the same way.
