A double bedroom available in a newly extended semi-detached house with 6 other bedrooms currently let to students at Surrey University.  It is about a mile to the University. It is a quiet house currently occupied by hard working amiable veterinary students, and is definitely not a house for loud parties and lots of drinking.  The room is available as a result of one of the tenants not returning to college for personal reasons.

The house was extended and refurbished to new condition last year and has all new IKEA furniture.  It also has all new wiring, heating system, kitchen units, bathrooms, tiling and flooring.  It has a new dishwasher, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dryer, American fridge, additional fridge, additional freezer, TV.  The house has broadband that is paid for by the tenants. There is off street parking for 3 to 4 cars.

I am only looking for someone who is a student at the University.  The other six tenants are at the University and this would probably work better for them.  The tenancy runs until 1st July 2017 with the option to renew for another year.  If you are not a student, you will have to pay council tax of approximately £126 per month.
