The flat is only 2 years old and all fittings, finishings and furniture are in great condition. Both bedrooms have generous storage/closet space and are a good size (able to fit king and queen sized beds with room to spare). Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and there is a shared bathroom in the hall. There is also additional storage space in the hallway. Standard items like fridge freezer, washer dryer, induction stove etc. are all practically brand new and of high quality.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Kings Cross station, large Tesco, coffee shops, gyms, restaurants, universities, offices and other features in the newly developed (and constantly expanding!) Regent Quarter.
