Furnished Double rooms available in a professional house share on the borders of Swindon Old Town and the town centre minutes walk from both with plenty of amenities nearby. I currently have 4 rooms available in a newly decorated and furnished house. All bills included- council tax, electricity, gas, water, fibre optic broadband, virgin tv package and fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.

All tenants are referenced and vetted to make sure they are suitable for a friendly shared environment.

Every room will consist of a new bed with a Silentnight firm mattress, a large white wardrobe with separate chest of drawers. all bedrooms have access to fibre optic broadband via wifi. All the bedroom doors have a key operated lock with the option of open latch (no key) if preferred.

Full time working adults only....sorry NO COUPLES, all deposits are protected under DPS. All tenants are referenced via an independent agency at a cost of £20 per tenant paid directly to the referencing agency, there are no other admin costs or charges.

There are two parking permits available via swindon borough council.
