I am looking for a group of student tenants for my lovely house on Coleman Rd, in Camberwell SE5 - zone 2 Central London.

This is a spacious 4/5 bedroom Victorian house on a pretty, residential street. It has 4/5 large double sized bedrooms with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area (separate living room if 4 beds) and a large bathroom. It has a great rear garden , complete with BBQ and garden furniture.

The house is fully furnished and we can adjust furniture according to your requirements. It comes with a wall mounted plasma TV, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.

The house is located within walking distance to Camberwell Green (5 minutes) and Elephant & Castle (~25 minutes). Lots of buses from nearby Southampton Way and Camberwell Green like 25 minute journey to the Strand (Bus 68) or generally Elephant & Castle (~10 minutes).

We take tenant safety very seriously. The house has fire doors and fire alarm system checked every year. We have EPC, valid gas certificate and electrical wiring certificates.

Ideal rental for LSBU, KCL, LCC, UAL or Goldsmith's students!

We have our own maintenance people to deal with any repair issues.
