The house is located 5 minutes from Collegiate Campus (Sheffield Hallam) and is around a 5 minute bus ride from the main shopping centre. It is also close to the main campus of the University of Sheffield, and is in a good location with a few small shops and a pharmacy very close by. Overall it is in a really good location for accessing most of Sheffield, and public transport hubs (bus stops, tram stops etc are always close by).

Features of the House:
The house comes with a kitchen, living room area with 3 sofas, a TV, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a small garden with a BBQ and a bench, a washing line and all the basic amenities of a house. Each floor has a toilet, plus a shower (apart from 1 floor which has a bath instead).
