We are looking for someone to share our lovely and bright flat in W93RB with. The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which 1 each are available to you. We are a young couple (aged 27 and 28) from Germany having lived in London for a while and we would be more than happy to share our flat with you.
The flat has been completely refurbished at a very high standard two years ago and was occupied by the owner since then. It is a great place to live and has everything that you could wish including a shared roof top terrace from where you can enjoy sun all day long.
Location is perfect just next to the Canal, Golborne Road, Westbourne Park Road and Portobello Road.
Public transportation: Bus Stop in front of the house (18, 36, etc.) and Westbourne Park Station in 5 mins walking distance (Circle, District, Hammersmith)
Weekly rent is 290 GBP plus another ~50 GBP for water, heating, gas, WiFi and cleaning.
We are looking for a single person to join our flatshare, ideally young professional aged 25-40
