The flat is a two minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube Station and its varied assortments of wonderful bars restaurants, pubs and clubs or if you fancy something a little more relaxed then the local library is just around the corner perfect for catching up on a good Clive Barker or perhaps Terry Goodkind novel, and not forgetting the all important local gym which is also a short walk away.
This room is perfect if you work, study or socialise in the local area, or if you need to travel up to central London there is a fantastic tube and bus service with night buses stopping just outside, handy for staggering back from a cracking night out.
The entrance to St George’s hospital and medical School is located just across the road equally handy if you’re the accident prone type!
There is a comfy large living room and a separate kitchen which has a large fridge freezer, a washer dryer and dishwasher along with ample storage units.
For the sun seekers, there is a private roof terrace perfect for relaxing and soaking up some summer sun.
You will be sharing the flat with Georgia and Jenny who work up in Central London doing some weird and wonderful job, they are both friendly and sociable and really easy to get on with and most of all they look after the flat
