Due to a new job opportunity in my home country I am leaving this fantastic house in which I've been living for the past year and a half.

The house is located in a secure condo with parking spaces and outside playground. It is 3 minutes walk from Mudchute DLR station (20 minutes to Bank) and 5 minutes walk from Island Gardens DLR.

The room is spacious, clean and comes with a huge built-in closet, wardrobe, desk, queen size bed and a night stand.

You will be sharing the property with another 3 postgraduate and professional tenants, most of then in their mid or late 20's. We are not a party house, we like to have a chilling and relaxing environment after work and we sometimes get together for dinner or outdoor activities.

Rent is 215 pw for one person and 107.5 pw for couples (if you are a student you have a discount of about £350 per year.) It includes all bills and utilities (Superfast BT Fiber, electricity, gas, water, etc.)
