Room in a Shared House, Cranley Road, IG2

DOUBLE ROOM. Approx 14' x 12' with a top quality, king size bed plus computer desk for short / long term lets. 1 PERSON per room / house share with owner & 1 male tenant = 3 total occupants.  EVERYONE CONSIDERED but preference given to a MALE veggie (or weekday only for reduced rent).  I'm 'mostly' veggie but you can cook some meat.   *Quiet road. *Excellent / calm atmosphere.  *2 mins to shops / supermarket / buses / gym. *8 mins to Central Line (approx 1/2 hr to  city).  *Garden. *Near large park. Zone 4.  This is a ‘real’ HOME - not just a room. I will be like your Mother or Sister etc - if you need something / help...I'm there for you and will also ‘tell you off’ if you make a mess etc.:)    If ill, I'll offer therapies, healing or herbal remedies etc Free.  Shared Bathroom / Kitchen.  You may use the lounge and garden plus the drive (if available). Road parking is ok.  My wonderfully ‘wild’ Garden attracts many birds, squirrels & foxes, plus fish & frogs in my small pond etc. Bills included plus bedding & towels, (if required), crockery, cutlery, Wi Fi & washing machine. I have NO TV LICENSE, so to watch live television on your computer etc., you'll have to buy a license.   I do most of the cleaning, so I will ask for a little money towards my time and the cleaning fluids, disinfectants etc.  And to save you buying many small things, I will also include toilet rolls, washing up liquid, kitchen towels, condiments, spices, hand (bar) soaps, sandwich bags, tin foil, sellotape, envelopes etc in the small extra fee.  The rent is low as many of my own things are in your room - so I'll need access them.   The lounge has a lot of my work things in there.  1 months' notice is required for deposit return (conditions apply).  YOU: *SINGLE *Non Smoker (or outside)  *I'd prefer teetotal / rare drinker    *No drugs.   References / Passport / Visa required.  HOLIDAY LET rent is different. (Couples ok for short term).   I keep a clean kitchen and (Email Removed After Let) the atmosphere is very good and we have a nice 'energy' here, but the decor (inside and out) is very old and I have many things in the house as I am a hoarder in the process of sorting things,  I'm.pretty easy going and like to have a laugh & joke, however, I am extremely fussy about the kitchen and bathroom being kept VERY clean & all crockery & cutlery must be cleaned thoroughly and put away properly. I'm an professional Artist, Singer, Holistic Therapist, Reiki Master Healer, Medium and into Shamanism. :)   3 of my previous long term tenants are my closest friends now.  Anything else you'd like to know... just ask.
