Private rental (no agencies to worry about!). It's on the fourth floor, with a lift. Completely refurbished with new appliances 1 yr ago. Has a well equipped kitchen, and has a large living room with a dining room table. There's a balcony which overlooks a park area and gets the evening sun. It's definitely good for sitting in the sun and the occasional BBQ!

Flatmates
2 male tenants, both fans of movies, board games and video games. We work as a Graphic Designer and Teacher respectively. We're both pretty laid back and tidy. Lease is for 1 year, looking for someone who can also be social and join in a little.

The Area
The flat's a stone's throw from Burgess Park and within walking distance of trains at Peckham Rye, South Bermondsey and Queens Road Peckham. It's a quiet area with no main roads near the flat. Local shops/cafes across the road and short walk to large Asda on Old Kent Rd. There's also PeckhamPlex - a very cheap cinema nearby - £5 a ticket.
