My large double room has become available due to relocation in this big house in central Guildford, just 10 minutes walk from Guildford train station, brand new Waitrose within a stones throw and central town just a couple of minutes away.

The room itself is the basement room, which is very large. You'll see from the photos that I currently have a home recording studio set up in the room, with a large double bed, some musical equipment and still plenty of floor space. As well as this, there's a huge storage space (You'll see from the pictures with all my stuff ready to go in boxes and bags!) and a bathroom next door to the room.

The room comes unfurnished, however there is a mattress available here and the option to buy my 2 month old bed frame off of me!

The kitchen is massive, as is the bathroom and the living room too. There's a cracking little outside space too.

The guys are looking for a young professional in any industry. Bills are included within the rent, out of an account with Glenn who has been living at the house for over 2 years now.

We go through Foxtons and they're great with sorting any niggles out (only been a couple, but all sorted.) Rent and bills go out on 4th of every month for the upcoming month, but of course you can pay earlier.

There's an £850 security deposit payable directly to me.

I've been here since August and I'd love to stay but I'm moving away for work.
