A safe, secure, quiet,residential area 1 mile from centre of Haslingden. There are various shops and a post office in Haslingden including a Co-op. Tesco is 2 miles away, just off the bypass. The property is half way between Accrington and Rawtenstall, approx. 3 miles to centres of each. Accrington has all the amenities you would expect from a large town including a mainline train station and a cinema. The main bus route into Manchester is 5 mins walk away.

The room available is situated at the rear of the house, overlooking fields and next to the (Email Removed After Let) is tastefully decorated with a double glazed window, radiator, four power points and a walk in wardrobe.
