The 2 bedroom flat is recently refurbished with beautiful dark oak laminated flooring in a colourful setting. It has a large kitchen and stays warm all year round (yes even throughout winter) thanks to communual (Email Removed After Let) terms of location it is very well placed for easy access to anywhere in central London with a main bus stop going through central and East London literally less than a minutes walk and main bus stop going through Central and West London less than 5 minutes away. Peckham Rye train station is also only 7 minutes walk away. There's a vast range of amenities and services within a 5 minutes walking radius and Peckham Pulse with the life centre and main Library 2 minutes walk away. Im looking strictly for a guy who is friendly and has a stable source of income. Im looking for cleanliness and general positive attitude and sensible behaviour.I am an easy going person and get on with most people and like things simple.

There is no living room but the kitchen is large enough for a communual area. Currently there are two people (from African background - Nigeria and Zimbabwe) in the property so there potentially will be three people in the flat altogether .
