RATES can be EXCLUSIVE of utility bills at £595 per week, or fully INCLUSIVE of all utility bills (water rates, council tax, electricity, Wireless internet, and TV package) and negotiable around £650 to £950 per week - the exact rate will depend on length of stay.

Note: There is construction work going on below the flat til mid 2017, so the price is discounted to reflect this and it may better suit someone out at work Monday to Friday.

BONUS:
* This is INCLUSIVE of ALL BILLS (eg Council Tax, Water Rates, Electricity, TV Licence and FREE WiFi Internet); plus
* FREE weekly or monthly maid and laundry service (as I do not wish to lose my lovely cleaning lady!)

TERMS:  Rent to be paid in full in advance, plus one month's GOOD CARE DEPOSIT
