The annexe is a converted stable so has plenty of character, it has a stable style split front door with roses around it in the summer, lots of light through conservation grade roof lights.  It is part of a grade 2 listed property (although fully detached from it) and backs onto a large orchard which tenants share with the main house.

There is a back door to the converted stable which leads directly into the orchard which has apple trees, a vegetable patch and a pond.  The orchard looks directly onto fields.In the summer the orchard has mown walking ways making it a lovely semi wild and very romantic spot. Some help with maintaining the orchard would be appreciated but cutting of hedges is included in the rent.

The stable is right in the middle of the village (one minute from the King's Head pub) but set back and very quiet.

Parking is off road.  The stable is newly decorated in plain white throughout which complements the light pine coloured doors and original beams.  The stable has Sky TV and the subscription is included in the rent (includes sports but not movies).  It would be perfect for country, peace loving professionals. ..with a football or rugby interest!
