One large spacious double bedroom available (as of now) in a fantastic top floor flat only 5 minutes walk from Highbury Corner.

The bedroom is a well-sized double with a queen bed, floor to ceiling wardrobe and large set of drawers.

The appliances throughout the flat are all high-spec – they include dishwasher, fan oven/grill, fridge freezer, and washing machine/tumble dryer, a 50 inch flat-screen TV and modern comfy sofas in the lounge.

The flat is fully furnished to a high standard and is contained within a secure and beautiful modern development called Highbury Gardens. Based on the 4th floor and on corner of the development, every room has a Juliet balcony, helping keep it light and airy.

All bills included – heating, electricity, TV license, water, service charge, sky and broadband and cleaning once per week. There’s a concierge Monday to Friday, so no issues with deliveries. There is also a private communal garden which you can use at leisure.

Excellent transport links only a 5 minute walk from Highbury and Islington tube which is on the Victoria Line, and over-ground links. Holloway Road station (Piccadilly Line), is only a 8 minute walk away.

There’s lots to do right on the doorstep with Upper Street being only a 5 minute walk away with it’s great choice of bars, restaurants, shops, pubs and one of my favourite cinemas Screen on the Green. There is also a Waitrose and a Tesco only a short walk away.

It’s a lovely, peaceful place to live. Ideally I’m looking for someone to share my home who is sociable, clean, independent and someone who enjoys the odd glass of wine and a friendly chat, but also has their own thing going on.

My job – A personal trainer. I am up and out early every weekday, so there’s no worry about sharing the bathroom :0)
