Hi, I would prefer to have another lady to share.But will consider well mannered men!.Around the age of 28yrs to 60yrs £95 a week,most bills included.

The lovely cosy double bedroom is available to rent now. It has a fresly made up double bed,wardrobe,chest of drawers,table,microwave,kettle,toaster and extra bed linen if required.

To share with me the friendly landlady and my other tenant whos a really nice lady.

The house is a semi detached bungalow with the 2 rented bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs, overlooking the large back garden.You will be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen.There is off road parking.

We are 1.1/2 miles from Trowbridge with lovely walks close by so if you have a small pet you can have that here if it is well behaved?I have 2 small dogs an old saggy cat and lots of gold fish. Situated  close to the village Pub, Store,Chinese and Indian resturants and the famous Avon and Kennet canal ,it really is a charming place to live.
