This is a tranquil, safe, leafy green neighbourhood within walking distance of  Bristol City Centre, the Harbourside, BristolUniversity, Clifton Village populated by many cafes, pubs and boutique shopsand the iconic bridge. There are good public transport connections to TempleMead train station and Bristol coach (Email Removed After Let) river Avon is a three minutewalk away and offers a very enjoyable ferry boat service all year around.

The cottage style,terrace house  is shared with a young professional guy. Besidethe house is a small community garden good for neighbourly BBQs and teas. Justa few hundred yards away is a  cosy, littlepub called The Lion which hosts live music, quiz nights and such like.

You are welcome to share the large open plan,  kitchen diner with farmhouse table and chairssituated on the ground floor. There is a   gascooker, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, washing machine and the usualkitchen utensils. It is possible to enjoy the secluded rear courtyard patio,when the weather permits. The rent includes Council Tax. The bills: gas, electric, water,  broadband Wi-Fi, fresh bedding and cleaning comes to 85 per person per month.

Bristol is a vibrant city with a thriving University (Email Removed After Let) offers a range ofactivities, especially of the creative variety.  Bristol is renown for it’s many live musicvenues, art galleries, botanical gardens, zoo, theatre, comedy clubs andalternative cabaret. There is a tourist office in the city centre which is apleasant,  ten to fifteen minute walk away.If you are feeling lazy, you can take astroll through Brandon Hill park, meander up Cabot Tower to gain a birds eye viewof the city and arrive in town via Park Street, taking in the many unique,independent coffee shops, boutiques and top quality, affordable  eateries.

A 20 minute drive away is the Roman city of Bath which iswell worth a visit. Don’t forget to take your swimming costume/trunks to bathein the most gorgeous of ancient surroundings. There is also a great selectionof high end shops to choose from. Also within reasonable distance is theancient town of Glastonbury, with many quaint villages in between. The City ofWells and it’s cathedral are also worth a visit as is the internationallyrenown Neolithic Stonehenge.
