A  HOUSE SHARE bright double bedroom in a comfortable home in North London FOR ONE PERSON ONLY (NO COUPLES), which is 20 mins from Kings X /St Pancras International Station and 10 minutes from Bounds Green tube station on the Piccadilly line.  The room is a good size and has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers and a desk and chair. Downstairs there is: a sunny lounge with TV (Virgin) and super fast fibre optic internet access and a dining room which opens into the kitchen and overlooks the garden and patio. Upstairs there are the two double bedrooms and a small single room which is mainly used as a study.
You would only share with the Landlord, a professional man in his early 40s however most of the time you would have the whole house to yourself as I am only there once a fortnight over the weekends
The rent is only  £650 per month which includes all bills (Council tax, gas, electric, water, TV license, Virgin Superfast fibre broadband) One month’s rent is required as a deposit and the minimum let is 6 months. References are required. This room would suit a professional person or mature student
